President signed the Law “On court fee.” According to the Law amount of court fees for filing material claims is in the amount of 1 percent for a claim, but not less than 0.2 minimum wage. MOF: unscheduled tax inspection is possible only before notification
Under letter of the Ministry of Finance 06.04.2011 № 31-08330-04-29/9014 documentary unscheduled inspection conducted by officials of a state tax authority when sending the taxpayer by registered mail with return receipt requested, or handing him or his authorized representative a copy of a receipt order to conduct such inspections. The government intends to open access to the Internet USR
The bill number 9022 on amendments to legislation on granting licenses was presented to the Cabinet of Ministers of Parliament.
The draft law provides exception from the Unified State Register of legal persons and natural persons – entrepreneurs (USR) from among the documents which are necessary to submit the licensing authority for a license.
The Government submitted to the Council a draft law on land market
Draft Law on Land Market № 9001-1, designed by the government, registered in the Parliament, 19th July 2011. Earlier, the bill on the land market № 9001 has been submitted to the Council by MP Gregory Smitiukh (from Party of Regions).
According to the government project, citizens, legal persons, local governments, the state represented by its competent authorities, as well as foreigners can alienate land and dispose rights to it.
Ministry of Social Policy explains the difference between labor and civil contracts

Ministry of Social Policy: individual entrepreneur is not entitled to leave for child care
According to the letter of Ministry of Social Policy dated 20.05.2011 № 168/13/116-11, woman, being a individual entrepreneur is not entitled to any type of leave, including leave to care for the child until the age of three age. Tax Administration found that the tax should sign in the logbook of inspections
In a letter dated 24.05.2011 № 5099/K/17-0514 Tax Administration of Ukraine recognized that officials of the tax authorities before an inspection should always sign in a logbook of inspections. Parliament finally passed the government version of the Law “On measures to ensure the legislative reform of the pension system”. The Procedure of the state examination of investment programs
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure of public examination of investment programs (projects).
As noted in the document, subject to examination is Investment Program (Project), implemented with the involvement of budget funds, funds of public enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as through loans under government guarantees.
Regulations provides that the examination, preparation and submission of its results report conducted within 15 working days of receipt of documents. [Read more]
