National Bank of Ukraine is going to regulate electronic money

National Bank of Ukraine has developed amendments to legislation which  determine electronic means of payment (credit cards, electronic money, mobile payment instruments).

Customs Service proposes to amend the customs clearance of goods subject to mandatory certification

Under the provisions of the Law “On the basis of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity” in order to obtain comments and suggestions on the official page of the State Customs Service, was published by the Cabinet on the Draft Resolution amending the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 № 446. The President signed the Law on Land Cadastre

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the Law of Ukraine “On State Land Cadastre”, under which  from 2013 act which certify land ownership will be annulled.
