Cabinet approved the Model Charter of a limited liability
From 23.11.2011 entered into force resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 1182 from 16.11.2011 by which approved model charter of a limited liability company.
Approved the Company Charter contains general provisions on the status of the company, its participants, the authorized capital, assets, profits and order its use. In the model charter company separately prescribed functions of the company: general meeting, executive board and audit committee, order the termination of the company. [Read more]
