Cabinet approved the Model Charter of a limited liability
From 23.11.2011 entered into force resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 1182 from 16.11.2011 by which approved model charter of a limited liability company.
Approved the Company Charter contains general provisions on the status of the company, its participants, the authorized capital, assets, profits and order its use. Parliament extended the possibilities of satisfying claims of power and changed the order of consideration of administrative courts for tax appeals
Parliament adopted in second reading and the Law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on improving certain provisions of Administrative Procedure”.
According to the Law of Administrative Court will not consider an appeal of the person who is involved in a case if it is not stated place of residence or location (for legal person) of a person unless it is signed or impossible to establish his authorship, and if it contains a statement that are indicative of contempt of court. The government wants to narrow the range of publishers

It is proposed to establish an exhaustive list of grounds for exclusion from the entity publishing the State Register (they are – grounds for termination of activity in the publishing area) initiative of the owner, the decision of the court, termination of a legal person (termination of the individual-owner).
The Council re-adopted law on simplified tax system with the presidential amendments
