As of the second half of the year, the number of CSOK applications may be multiplied, which is confirmed by the fact that part of the condominium projects will be completed in parallel with the start of the planned private construction projects, the Savings Bank said.
There is also a significant demand for home loans among non-eligible clients of CSOK. In the first quarter of 2016, nearly three times more mortgages were disbursed than a year earlier, and interest rates have increased from week to week.
