Investment in Lviv airport

Request for investing in building of Lviv (Ukraine) air-port  is possible to September, 14

The Ministry of Communication of Ukraine decided to indulge possible investors for building of new air terminal of Lviv (Ukraine) air-port by prolonging the terms of requesting for participating in investment auction to September, 14. About such decision press-service of Cabinet declared the day before.

The initial sum of payment on a right for the conclusion of investment treaty is 1 million hryvnyas (near 100 000 Euros). First step for participating in auction is guarantee payment in size of 100 thousand of hryvnyas (transferred an applicant on the clearing account of GP the “International Lviv air-port” and returns after the leadthrough of auction all of participants, except for a winner). Except for payment of guarantee payment, an applicant also is under an obligation to give a request on participating in auction. Among qualifying requirements to the potential participants:

- experience is in realization of analogical investment projects and presence of skilled personnel;

- experience of management of air-ports complexes minimum in 3;

- profitable financially economic activity is during 3 last;

- to provide ability the proper financing of project (confirmed bank guarantees, extracts from accounts);

- payment of necessary sum is for a right on the conclusion of investment treaty.
