MPs prepare for candidates for judges special trained

MP Serhiy Kivalov and Dmitry Shpenov presented to parliament a bill number 9740 on changes in the law “On judicial system and status of judges.”
The project foresees a change in the order of selection of judicial candidates.

The authors believe that persons who apply for a judge, except for the exam on knowledge of the general theory, must undergo special training before taking up their post. The relevant proposal the proposed project. Without such special training according to the document will be able to do only those who have experience as an assistant judge at least 3 years.

Project provides the inability of a disciplinary proceedings against judges on the basis of complaints and allegations, “which do not contain information about features of the offense” and also on the basis of anonymous complaints.
