Loans from non-residents
Other piece of changes concerned the amendments to the foreign loan policy. Under new Law “On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on crediting and promotion of foreign investments” the next restrictions were canceled:
- Prohibition to alter loan agreement in the part of reducing the term of pay back;
- Prohibition on pre-term return of the loan.
New size of minimum wages
From the April 1, 2010 the new minimum salary in amount of UAH 884 is fixed.
