Yorkshire law firm Lupton Fawcett has strengthened its corporate team with the appointment of two lawyers.

Rachel Faulconbridge and Danielle Gibbon join the firm as newly qualified corporate lawyers, further building the strength of the team while continuing to drive Lupton Fawcett’s commitment to development and diversity.

Lupton Fawcett’s reputation for providing excellent legal advice and services to businesses is highlighted in the latest legal rankings. The corporate team has been promoted to Group 2 by Chambers UK 2022 and is led by his partner Giles Clegg, also listed in Chambers.

Giles said: “I am delighted to welcome Rachel and Danielle to the corporate team. We saw a significant increase in transaction flow in the second half of the year. Rachel and Danielle join a team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service and has a structured training program that fosters the development of all team members.

“The new Chambers ranking put us up a group, demonstrating our success and progress as a team. Receiving the leaderboard while dealing with the impact of the pandemic is quite an achievement. We have a very strong work pipeline for the next year and remain committed to recruiting exceptional corporate lawyers at all levels into the team. ”

The Chambers UK 2022 guide ranks Lupton Fawcett in three other practice areas: employment, family and intellectual property. The firm is also recently included in The Times Best Law Firms 2022.
