Rochkind has over 20 years of experience driving legislative change in washington d.c. for the regulatory hot spots facing the financial sector. She has worked with prominent senators and congressmen on Capitol Hill, served as deputy assistant secretary in the Treasury Department, and worked with the executive branch. Rochkind has worked on every major piece of financial regulation over the past two decades, informing her work as legal counsel to fintech, crypto and blockchain clients at a leading global law firm, Paul Hastings.

Rochkind’s experience on the Senate Banking, Executive Branch and House Financial Services Committee allows him to help piece together the pieces for clients.
